It allows me to contribute to a community I care deeply for via my skills and perspective.

What drew you to HSH?

The child-oriented design and focus on social and emotional development.

Ms. Perez Cash is currently the Chief Innovation Officer of the Latino Community Foundation where she leads the national expansion of its grantmaking investments and the streamlining of internal processes to support that growth. Prior to joining the foundation’s team, she was the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR). In this role, she led fundraising and corporate relations, strategic engagements, finance, operations and governance. Ms. Perez Cash has dedicated her 20+ year career in nonprofit management to organizations, collaborations and initiatives addressing racial and economic equity, social justice and community empowerment. She’s worked in international and national community development, community philanthropy, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She is best known for work in the areas of strategy development, change management, financial and operational management, and facilitation of collaborative initiatives between multiple stakeholders. She is a regular presenter and moderator, leveraging almost 10 years as a trained facilitator.
