Why is service on a Board important to you?

Board service is an opportunity to share my talent, expertise and experience with organizations that are trying to make our world better. I'm privileged in many ways and responsible for paying it forward.

What drew you to HSH?

The community and diversity. The moment we stepped on campus for the tour, we were embraced by a range of grounded and down-to-earth parents, staff and students.

Dominique currently serves as the chief people and operations officer for the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools, a nonprofit that manages 20 Los Angeles Unified schools in South LA, Watts and Boyle Heights. She has also held leadership positions in New York City’s Department of Education and San Jose Unified School District in areas of talent, strategy and operations.

Dominique holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Robert F.
